I’m a 33-year old single Dad from St Louis, Missouri. I have 3 amazing kids: Landon, Blake, and Harlo. I work in pharmacy sales directly with patients in the rare bleeding disorder's community. Since I also have a severe bleeding disorder, this puts me in a unique position to service them at a high level. 

I have been a Syntrax athlete now for 2 years and it’s been a game changer for meeting my health and wellness goals. I’m blessed to be a part of the Syntrax team of elite athletes as it allows me to be around like-minded individuals chasing their dreams in the fitness industry.

When I’m not spending time with my kids, I enjoy watching sports, reading a good book, or listening to podcasts on self-development.

Being involved in the fitness world and competing helps me build a platform to share my story and message in hopes to inspire those battling a chronic condition.

My motivation comes from inspiring others. The feedback I get on a weekly basis from those who share their personal stories or struggles with me, saying I inspire them, means the world to me.  

The two mantras I live by are “Discomfort is the price of admission for an extraordinary life” and “Adversity = Opportunity”.
