1.5 cups Oats. 
1/4 cup Almond Butter/nut butter. 
1/4 cup Shredded Coconut Unsweetened.
1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree.
2 Tbls Honey.
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract.
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice.
1/4 tsp Salt.
1 scoop Syntrax Nectar Naturals - Natural Vanilla.
1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips. 
Add 1/2 cup of the oats into the food processor and blend until it turns into an oat flour. Then add in the remaining ingredients except the chocolate chips and pulse to combine.
Add in the chocolate chips and pulse a few times to combine, then use ice cream scoop to scoop out the mixture. Use hands to roll into balls.Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
