Breakfast Oatmeal

The Immune System Booster


 

Directions:

1 Cup Oatmeal

Add water

Microwave for 1 minute

Mix 1 Scoop of Syntrax Matrix Protein

Mix Well

Sprinkle Cinnamon, Black Chia Seeds, and Brown Flaxseed

Add Blueberries and Raspberries (or fruit of choice)
