All credit card orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Standard Time on any business day will normally be shipped that same day by UPS, subject to payment approval and item availability. If your shipping and billing address are different, please make this clear; otherwise, shipping may be delayed because of verification requirements. We encourage our customers to use the same billing address for shipping, as it reduces processing time.

Shipping charges are $5.00 for any retail order under $75.00--UPS Ground shipping is provided as the standard service. If your order is over $75.00 you will receive FREE UPS Ground shipping. Our standard method of shipping on all retail orders is UPS Ground.

UPS 2nd Day to anywhere in the U.S. is available for an additional shipping charge of $18.00.

UPS Next Day delivery is available in most areas of the contiguous United States; please call for a shipping quote.

UPS will not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If you require your product to go to a P.O. Box you will receive it in 5-7 business days via United States Postal Service.

Canadian customers, please note that some carriers charge import fees for bringing products across the international border. These fees are charged by the carrier, not us, and are the full responsibility of the customer.
